No. Every move is performed by our own trained in-house team, using company-owned trucks. We never subcontract or outsource your move. We have 10 trucks and more than 50 professional movers to perform our jobs.
Yes. Our crew handles disassembly and reassembly of beds, wardrobes, desks, and modular furniture as part of the service. No extra costs.

Yes. We charge in 15-minute increments to ensure fair and accurate billing.
There is no half-hour or hourly rounding — you’re billed only for the time your move actually takes.
No. There are no hidden fees, call-out fees, extra charges, or surprise add-ons.
We charge only for the total time our crew is allocated to your move. This includes:
Travel time from our depot in Archerfield to your address
The time spent completing your move
Return travel time from your address back to our depot
What is agreed upfront is exactly what you pay. Nothing more.
The clock starts when our crew departs from our depot and stops when they return to the depot after completing your move.
This ensures transparent, consistent billing and reflects the full time our team is dedicated to your job.
Yes. We apply a minimum booking time, which varies depending on the service type and crew size, normally it’s going to be travel time plus 2 hours of work.
The minimum is always clearly stated in your quote and agreed upon before the move.
Moves lasting less than 4 hours do not include any breaks.
For longer jobs, short, necessary breaks are included in the billed time, as our crew remains fully allocated to your move. Our team does not stop for lunch; however, a 15-minute break is taken every 4 hours for a quick snack and recovery. There are no extended or unnecessary delays.
If everything isn’t fully ready at the scheduled start time, the clock still runs, as the crew and truck are already reserved exclusively for your move.
This can include short waiting periods due to packing still being completed, access arrangements, elevator availability, or on-site delays. Our team will always assist where possible and work efficiently to get things moving as smoothly as we can.
Any time spent waiting due to readiness issues is still counted as working time.
We don’t apply surprise or hidden charges.
Heavy items such as pianos, pool tables, safes, or oversized furniture often require additional care, specialized handling, and in some cases, extra crew members. For this reason, a heavy item handling fee may apply depending on access, weight, and overall complexity.
Any applicable fee is discussed in advance, clearly itemized in your quote, and fully agreed upon before the move. Nothing is added on the day without prior approval.
